Cricket is going to start in Pakistan once again. The Sri Lankan team will visit Pakistan later this month, where they have to play a series of 3 ODIs and 3 T20 matches.
The first match of this series will be played on 27 September. However, many key players of the Sri Lankan team are not participating in this series due to security reasons.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board has announced a 16-member squad for the ODI series.
The team includes many hitter batsmen
Many hitter batsmen have got a place in Pakistan's ODI team. Apart from Fakhar Zaman and Imam ul Haq, Abid Ali has also got an opportunity as an opener. Also in the middle order are aristocrats like Babar Azam, Asif Ali and Haris Sohail.
The team will be once again headed by Sarfraz Ahmed, while Babar Azam has been made the vice-captain. Mohammad Nawaz and Iftiyar Ahmed return in this team. Hasan Ali and Shaheen Afridi have not found a place in the team due to injury.
